From left to right I would like to proudly introduce to you all:
Top Row: Sadie (f), Iceman (m), Koda (m)
Middle Row: Winnie (f), Willow (f)
Bottom Row: Bandit (m), Elsa (f), Beau (m)
The pups are officially in training! Things are going well so far and there are a few the stand out to me as having exceptional potential. Iceman is without a doubt the star of this litter. Not only does he pose on dime, he runs beautiful and on occasion, he even threw me a pose while running (which is the shot I captured for this pic). I can't believe what a little rock star he is, just like his dad hence the name Iceman.
Though his running isn't as on point as Iceman, Beau is also a natural runner and he is also a very mellow little guy which is nice. He probably won't make the best lead dog, but he will definitely be a team player.
I think my personal favorite has to be Koda, he's without a doubt my little bear. I will probably keep him. As I was working with each of the pups, he kept coming to the door and he follows the hand around more than all of the other pups and I'm getting really attached to him. Plus his color isn't one I currently have in my Kennel which might make him good for breeding down the road. I just love him.
I don't mean to neglect the ladies in all of this and of course Bandit too. They are all very solid runners and I see a lot of potential in them too. Of the girls I think Elsa has the most attitude and likes to take charge of everyone. Winnie aims to please. Sadie and Bandit were a little distracted, but fast.
I'll continue to work with them a little longer before they are ready for adoption. I'm excited to see what the future holds for these little guys!
